國立宜蘭大學受邀參與「臺灣大專院校人工智慧學程聯盟（Taiwan Artificial Intelligence College Alliance，簡稱TAICA）」，整合各校資源以利學生跨校學習AI課程，共同培養未來的AI人才。TAICA聯盟自113學年度開始運作，國立宜蘭大學作為盟校成員之一，擬串聯國內頂尖大學AI課程與師資，成為東部AI發展的核心基地。
